Health and Safety Coordinator

LaBar Golf Renovations (LGR, LLC) is a high-end golf course construction and renovation company doing business throughout the United States. Founded in 2012, LGR, LLC has experienced rapid growth and today, with a 200 employee team, is recognized as best in class in domestic golf course renovations.

LGR, LLC has an immediate opening for a Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team. This position will report directly to the Health and Safety Manager and assist with continuously monitoring and adapting safety procedures and operations to ensure a safe and fully compliant work environment for all employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct on-site surveys, audits, and inspections to ensure a safe and positive environment, and compliance with safety rules and standards.
• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety and hazardous material regulations.
• Perform surveys to determine PPE needs by site.
• Conduct Job safety analyses, identify problems and recommend corrective action.
• Implement safety education and training, safety awareness and publicity programs.
• Plan and Conduct Safety Training
• Maintain a log of accidents, incidents, and injuries, prepare and review reports, and determine causes.
• Investigate work-related accidents/injuries and complete appropriate reports.
• Develop, coordinate, conduct and participate in safety committees.
• Investigate and/or direct investigation of incidents and complete appropriate reports.
• Conduct investigations including on-site analyses, interviews and the collection of all other evidence needed to provide and comprehensive report on incidents.
• Help develop safety policies and procedures for comprehensive safety and health programs.
• Other responsibilities/activities as needed to ensure a safe, healthy, and positive work environment at all sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Ability to travel to worksites across the United States
• OSHA Certifications, CSP preferred
• Bi-Lingual A MUST (Spanish speaking)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
