Summary: Set up and operate manual and CNC JIG grinding machinery according to process instructions and within the part tolerances provided on the drawings.

This role is a Full-Time role on 1st (6 AM – 430 PM) & 2nd (430 PM – 3 AM) shifts. Off shifts will receive a 10% shift premium.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and manual JIG Grinder for both steel and carbide
• Understand and interpret blueprints and part drawings
• Work with management and supervisors to meet part production quotas.
• Use micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauge blocks to hold /- .0002 tolerances
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following safety rules/guidelines, standards and procedures

Education & Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 years JIG grinding experience
• CNC grinding is a plus
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauge blocks
• Understanding of basic mathematics
• Hand-eye coordination

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• JIG Grinder: 1 year (Preferred)
