The Senior Living Manager is responsible for the management of all Senior Living Ancillary Services (including, but not limited to out-patient therapy, home health) within their communities. Responsible for patient care provisioning, operations management, program innovation, growth strategies supervision of therapists, on-boarding, and orientation of therapy associates. Maintains the objectives, goals, and philosophy of healthcare delivery in conjunction with our continuum model. Monitors efficiency levels within operations, assuring prudent financials, resource utilization, and provides staff education and training. Ensures the efficient and effective operation of Ancillary Services and interdisciplinary team process as well as open communication with the regional team, community leaders, referral sources and physicians. Reports to Senior Living Director (SLD) on development and growth of LHC programs and associates.
