We currently have a client in Cleveland, OH looking for a Travel Ambulatory RN Registered Nurse!
Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Ambulatory RN to help treat acute and chronic conditions, undertake tasks such as administering intravenous medication and monitoring patients during and after treatment, and ensure patients are safe to go home after same-day procedures.
Contract Assignment - 13 Weeks (Temporary/Travel/Contract)
Shift: 5x8 Days

Requirements:
- Proven experience as operating room nurse (circulating and scrub)
- Excellent knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
- Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions
- In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures
- AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients prior to surgery (e.g. NPO status) and alleviate their concerns
- Monitor patient’s vital signs to detect anomalies
- Assume duties within or out of the sterile field as assigned
- Evaluate patient in postoperative phases
- Pass medical instruments or other objects to the surgeon during operation
Work Experience: At least 2 years of Ambulatory experience
