Billing Coordinator
Nashville, TN
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage efficient billing procedures including ensuring accurate cash applications and customer invoicing
- Prepare client invoices and reconcile monthly bills
- Maintain and process electronic bills.
- Research missing invoices and resend to customer
- Reconcile accounts for end of month closing
- Utilize billing software to enter data (Sage)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 6 months of billing experience or in an accounting support role
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with accounting department
- Position is onsite (office is in West Nashville)
Pay Rate: $22/hr
