LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a Grand Rapids company seeking a Controller to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Manage month-end close procedures (inventory, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting).
Oversee day to day accounting.
Coordinate capital expenditure approvals.
Prepare annual budget.
Cost accounting.
Conduct business analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
Maintain relationships with auditors, insurers, and banks.
Oversee annual CPA review.
Support ERP initiatives and guide IT department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Supervisory experience
Proven track record of hands-on leadership with a focus on achieving results.
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
