Remote Recruiter
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading supply company to fill their open Remote Recruiter job. To qualify, you must possess at least one year of recent, relevant experience with full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, preferably CDL drivers. Our client is a stable company that has over 200 locations. This is a TEMPORARY (potentially temp-to-hire) job opportunity where you will earn between $25.00 and $29.00 per hour, depending on your level of previous experience. During the temporary period, you will be eligible to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below). You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package if you become a permanent employee.
Responsibilities:
-Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
-Partnering with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs
-Attending job fairs
-Networking with business organizations and trade schools
-Maintaining a candidate pipeline
Qualifications:
-At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Previous experience recruiting CDL drivers strongly preferred
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
