Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing supporting documentation as needed.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Provide financial reports and analysis to management on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with new requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
