Job Responsibilities include:
Handle all aspects of A/R and A/P
Responsible for reconciliations and deposits
Assist in handling all aspects of month-end close
Scanning invoices and processing checks
Applying cash payments to accounts receivable
Reconcile and process journal entries
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Two years’ experience (minimum) in A/P, A/R, and general accounting
Microsoft Excel knowledge
ERP experience
Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
This role is 100% onsite and will last 2-3 months. Pay is up to $26/hour based on experience.
