You will be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce accurate financial reports or statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Provide recommendations for business and financial planning.
- Manage the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA required.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Director (8-10 years of experience).
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
