LHH is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in the Thousand Oaks, CA area This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable.Pay range: $25-$29/hr.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Entering invoices into the accounts payable systemProcessing payments and clearing (reconciliation invoices/payments)Filing and maintaining supplier recordsChecking and verifying invoicesPreparing paymentsPerforming other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor, for instance, verifying expense reports and querying invoice items from internal services and external business Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years Accounts Payable experience Strong communication skills ERP experience Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
