Accounts Payable Specialist
LHH is hiring a full cycle Accounts Payable Specialist for a manufacturing client located in Houston, TX. The qualified candidate will have 3-5 years of full cycle accounts payable processing experience.

Location: Houston, TX (hybrid; 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home)
Pay Range: $22.00/hr. - $26.00/hr. Bonus
Job Duties:
· Process P.O. and Non P.O. invoices
· Credit card payments and reconciliations
· Code and process expense reports
· Set up invoices for weekly payment run (checks, wire transfers and ACH payments)
· Respond to vendor inquiries
· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
· Prioritize invoices according to cash discounts and payment terms
· Reconcile vendor statements
· Reconcile payments
· Assist in month-end closing
· Prepare analysis of accounts
· Monitor vendor accounts to ensure payments are current
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of full cycle accounts payable experience
· Technically savvy
· Professional approach
· Positive personality
· Ability to work and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
· Manufacturing industry experience desired

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 PER HOUR
