LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a temporary Assistant Real Estate Manager to immediately support the management of a portfolio of commercial office, retail, and industrial properties in Raleigh, NC. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $27-30 per hour and is initially temporary, with the potential for permanent conversion based on performance. Experience with Yardi and commercial real estate is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
- Interact regularly with property owners to meet their objectives and address concerns.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures.
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Manage the collection of rent, payment of expenses, and compliance with lease terms.
- Participate in civic and business organizations, attending industry programs and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- A minimum of 2 years of work-related experience.
- CPM or RPA designation is preferred.
- Yardi experience is preferred.
