Location : Cerritos, CA
Pay Range : $60K to $75K per year, and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and more.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in heavy calendaring, has exceptional organizational skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is essential. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm setting, the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progression of our cases.
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently schedule court appearances and depositions with precision.
- Take charge of comprehensive calendaring, managing attorneys' schedules, appointments, deadlines, and alerts.
- Establish effective communication channels with opposing counsel, court clerks, experts, and vendors.
- Foresee imminent case milestones and proactively prepare necessary documents.
- Execute filing tasks meticulously, adhering to timelines and organizational standards.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within a law firm setting.
- Strong command of computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities, adept at juggling multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficient communication to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of appellate, federal, state, and local rules and procedures as well as litigation terminology.
- Proficiency in calendar / docketing software; CompuLaw experience preferred.
- Ability to research hearings / deadlines using state and federal court websites.
