Contract Role for 3 months
Reporting to the Director of Campaign, the Campaign Specialist is responsible for the daily activities associated with the execution of the Capital Campaign plan.
The Specialist will provide support to the responsible staff and volunteers to assure that all aspects of the Campaign are managed in a professional and timely manner.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates Campaign meetings and appointments, including scheduling, calendar management and supervision of all associated logistics.
Develops and prepares Campaign prospect profiles.
Maintains all Campaign records and files, including donor record updates and files.
Develops all Campaign reports and updates.
Produces and disseminates all Campaign related correspondence and publications.
Coordinates all administrative activities associated with the Campaign.
Provides direct administrative support to Campaign volunteers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Three years’ experience in a development office with demonstrated experience in the primary areas of responsibility outlined above preferred.
Proficient in MS Word, Mail Merge, Excel, PowerPoint and social media experience. Raisers Edge experience a plus
Highly developed customer service experience required
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
