Clerical Assistant

Compensation: Commensurate upon experience - $17-$22
Responsibilities:
Ability to deliver strong customer service via phone, email, and in person
Front Desk responsibilities including phone management, greeting visitors, assisting with distributing mail and more
Usage of office technology including copiers, scanners, fax machines, and more
Assist with scheduling internal and external appointments
Assist with entering data into various software systems
Assist with drafting, filing, and editing documents as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required
Some College preferred
1-2 years of Customer Service or Clerical Experience required
Experience as an Administrative Assistant strongly preferred
