Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting functions, including financial planning, budgeting, and policy implementation.
- Manage month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting procedures.
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports, tax returns, and budgeting models.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes.
- Supervise and support the finance team, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and manage year-end audits and external tax audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, and M3
- Strong background in audit and process improvements
- CPA preferred
Salary, Benefits, & Perks:
- Salary: $135,000 - 150,000 10% bonus potential
