At LHH, we are seeking a Controller to join a company located near Vadnais Heights, Mn. This position is looking for someone who is results driven and wants to oversee operations and development of the finance and accounting team. Here you can jump on board and help create business plans based on forecasting and guide accounting transactions and budget preparation for the company.
Responsibilities
- Help create business plans based on company's finances
- Forecasting and budgeting and recommendations on short and long term financial objectives
- Implementing and monitoring internal audits to ensure accurate financial transactions
- Work with outside firm to ensure tax compliance: multi state locations
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting: CPA or MBA plus
- Quickbooks Pro expert with manufacturing experience
- 5 years experience accounting or finance
- Multi-state payroll knowledge including California, ADP preferred
Skills
- Strong Leadership skills and excellent attention to detail
- Results driven
- Able to present to board, senior leadership, and public groups with confidence
Compensation/Benefits
- $120,000-$130,000
