Creative Director
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a creative director with 5 or more years of experience for a direct hire opportunity for a consumer goods organization in Metuchen, NJ. This position is on site 5 days a week. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 10 members across all creative genres.
- Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative team.
- Manage the creative process for concept to completion.
- Lead and direct the creative team.
- Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Ability to track all creative projects including Copyright, Graphic Design, Photography, and Videography within the Marketing Department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Must possess amazing problem-solving skills and Project- management.
- Proficient in Jira, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and able to work well under pressure.
Experience:
- 5 years of proven leadership, team oriented, and solution driven creative direction experience
