CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time Contract to hire role in the Baldwin Park, CA area! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is an excellent chance to join an industry leader!

This person should have experience in providing excellent Customer Service to both internal and external customers. Along with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Resolve customer inquiries including but not limited to; order status, product information, order processing, account status, sales programs, as well as product line knowledge.

Process all customer orders received by telephone, fax, email, and mail efficiently

Collaborate with other departments including; sales, marketing, billing, credit, purchasing and warehouse to solve customer inquiries.

Keep work station and reference materials up to date and organized.

Experience:

Previous experience in purchasing or inventory analysis a plus

Ability to type minimum 30 WPM

AS400 experience, preferred

1-3 years of customer service experience, required

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, includes Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A self-starter with a willingness to take the initiative, set priorities, learn quickly

Excellent people skills and ability to assist other departments, as needed

Ability to work w/ minimal supervision

Work Hours:

General office conditions

Monday-Friday
