Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Used Vehicle Analytics Specialist to join our Business and Sales Planning Analytics (BSPA) Used Vehicle Analytics team. This role will involve performing in-depth analysis and modeling of residual values, auction prices, and market drivers to support both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining complex models, optimizing vehicle remarketing strategies, and leveraging advanced analytical tools.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain models to quantify the relationship between auction prices and key residual value drivers.
- Develop and maintain models to optimize the distribution of remarketing vehicles.
- Apply and integrate the latest analytical tools and data sources to more accurately model used vehicle prices.
- Execute both descriptive and inferential ad hoc requests for management and business customers in a timely manner.
- Provide data analysis visualization and prepare presentation materials to share with management and business customers.
- Analyze and evaluate remarketing programs' development, progress, and performance.
- Analyze and interpret model results to identify key trends and insights.
- 2 years of experience with data gathering and analysis tools (e.g., SAS, Python, SQL, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Business Objects, Alteryx) and visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like GCP.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across different levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
- Proficiency with SAS.
- Strong data visualization skills using Qlik Sense.
- Experience with data engineering and pipeline development.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to make reasonable judgments and conclusions with limited information and resources.
- Expertise in various modeling techniques applicable to short and long-term volume and price forecasts.
- 2 years of experience using advanced modeling techniques (including machine/deep learning, statistical, econometric, optimization, etc.) in a business or academic environment.
