What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Specialist position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well known Columbus organization on a Data Specialist role. This position will be working onsite with our client located in central Columbus, OH so only local candidates should apply. (DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU ARE LOCAL, I WILL NOT BE REVIEWING)This position will focus on end to end management of projects for multiple locations at once. This position is dealing with heavy data (collections, cleansing, and analyzing). Ideally looking for someone that has experience owning the project and coordinating with multiple internal parties to make it happen. Also someone that is comfortable communicating with end users and helping troubleshoot. This position is starting contract with the plan to go through the end of the year or longer.
Main Duties:
- Track real estate lifecycle via tracking software
- Provide system reporting
- Communicate with different locations in regards to status updates
- Keep milestones on track
- Pulling, cleansing and providing feedback on data
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of project management or analysis experience
- Comfortable working with large data in Excel (pivot tables and vlookups)
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Accounting, Finance, etc)
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills and can work independently
- Strong organization
Salary : $24 - $26
