Job Description: Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ladder wire diagrams for a variety of products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), maintaining up-to-date records for production and assembly.
- Ensure compliance with UL 508a, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Design, test, and troubleshoot motor control panels, including the creation of test rigs and troubleshooting for motor burnouts.
- Work with AC motors, focusing on products with global voltage requirements.
- Collaborate with the New Product Development (NPD) team, Research & Development (R&D), Supply Chain, and assembly staff on the plant floor to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
- Provide technical support to the mechanical engineering team, working across 30 different product lines to ensure electrical components meet project requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical design and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in designing ladder wire diagrams and managing BOMs.
- Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong understanding of motor control panels, with experience in AC motors and motor testing/troubleshooting.
- Experience in creating test rigs and cycling electrical components to validate product integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
