LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a client in the construction industry. This role is based in the Charlotte, NC area. The ideal candidate will come from a construction background, ideally commercial, and strong electrical experience.

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records subject to federal contractor requirements and/or security clearance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist projector coordinators with layouts, manpower planning, look-ahead schedules, project estimates, and managing RFIs and submittals. Attend weekly jobsite meetings and handle project schedules.
- Develop detailed 2D layout drawings for electrical feeder conduits, equipment, and light fixtures using Bluebeam for project use and BIM coordination.
- Prepare cost estimates for changes in work scope and create monthly billings based on the project's completion percentage and costs.
- Minimum of 2 years of AMP
- 5 years of Supervision experience within construction
- Construction Management degree preferred not required
- Electrical license preferred not required
- Construction software experience
