LHH is partnering with an international, pharmaceutical company that is based in Grapevine, TX. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their fast-growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a $200MM business unit and make a meaningful impact. They are three days' in-office and we are targeting a base salary of $90,000 to $95,000 along with a bonus potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights into business performance trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
