Hospitality Clerk
Location : Irvine, CA
Pay Range : $24 to $26 per hour, along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401k
Position Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire , Onsite
LHH has partnered with one of California's largest full-service law firms, located in Irvine, CA, in seeking a dedicated Hospitality Clerk to join our dynamic team.
The Hospitality Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring our office maintains a welcoming and well-organized environment.
While prior hospitality experience is desirable, it is not required.
Responsibilities :
- Clean and replenish all office conference rooms with refreshments (soda and water) before and after meetings
- Stock and maintain kitchen pantries with plates, napkins, utensils, paper towels, coffee beans, tea, cold drink cups, and condiments
- Ensure refrigerators are fully stocked with tea and milk products (almond milk, oat milk, and regular milk)
- Daily maintenance and cleaning of office coffee machines
- Provide support and coverage for reception when needed
- Set up Zoom meetings in reserved conference rooms for meetings, depositions, etc.
- Regularly restock printer stations and secretarial bays with printer paper
- Place orders for lunch meetings as required
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hospitality-related experience (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in computer skills, with a focus on Zoom and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
