LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to assist the HR Department in the implementation of HR Strategy including employee relations, recruitment, and turnover/retention.

Work-type: Full-time, Onsite, Contract to Hire
Salary: $23-25/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 PER WEEK

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the hiring process, pre-employment screenings, and new employee onboarding.
- Keep accurate logs of scanned and filed documents
- Assist HR Supervisor with Worker's Compensation issues
- Update and maintain periodic regulatory and statistical reports
- Assist with payroll processing
Experience:
- 3-5 years related experience. Previous HR experience required.
- Education:
- Either a two-year college degree, completion of a specialized certification or license, completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
