Inventory Specialist, Lincolnshire IL

 

We are currently hiring for a great client of ours looking to add an Inventory Specialist to their team in Lincolnshire IL. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company!


Responsibilities:

  • Track and record current inventory levels, ensure inventory meets company quality standards
  • Help to process any returns, exchanges, replacements for customers, log activity into company’s system
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensure professional communication and behavior with company policies and procedures
  • Handle billing of product orders and any inventory adjustments
  • Manage office inventory including fulfillment of customer orders as well as reconciling inventory on a monthly basis
  • Handle order entry, prepare sales orders, purchase orders, submit orders through internal site
  • Help with providing quotes and shipping details for customers

    Requirements:

  • Previous experience within inventory management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites- Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to take initiative and be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Desire to keep learning and growing within a great company

    Job Details:

  • Monday- Friday 8-5pm
  • Hybrid- 2 days in office, 3 days remote
  • Pay $45-50k depending on experience
  • Contract to Hire
