Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in preparing and filing US National Applications from Foreign Associates.
- Strong client communication and independent work skills.
- High level of understanding of US National Stage Applications and Paris Convention.
- 5 years of experience reviewing incoming correspondence from foreign associates and managing patent files and correspondence independently.
- Experience assisting with ongoing procedural aspects of patent prosecution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the IP Paralegal group.
- Flawless word product, high attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Filing with the USPTO, Microsoft Office, WorkSite, FileSite, and 3E software proficiency.
- Hybrid Schedule with 2-3 days WFH
- Work on rare occasions requires more than 37.5 hours per week to perform essential job duties; may occasionally require irregular hours.
- You must reside in Minneapolis, MN, or Denver, CO, and be able to start in 2 weeks.

- Salary range dependent upon experience: $85,000 - $105,000
