Are you a clinician who is passionate about working with underserved youth? Do you have your LCSW or LCPC license? This role might be for you! LHH is working with a non-profit, in the child care space, who serves unaccompanied youth. They are looking to bring a Lead Clinician onto their team!
The Lead Clinician will supervise, plan and oversee the implementation of therapeutic and psychological services for the youth in the program to ensure quality of clinical services.
Requirements
- Oversees psychiatric and psychological services
- Supervises the work of clinical personnel at applicable sites to ensure compliance with the standards and requirements set by ORR
- Coordinates, plans, and implements therapeutic services
- Conducts clinical team meetings at which time training, program planning, case conferences, and agency issues are reviewed
- Evaluates youth in crisis and assists with the development of specialized treatment interventions
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Social work or a something similar
- 2 years in group care or residential programs
- LCSW or LCPC license
- Bilingual in Spanish
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
