Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Manage discovery and depositions.
• Interview witnesses and clients.
• Compile and organize evidence.
• Assist with trial, mediation, hearing preparation
• Trial attendance
• Calendaring court and other case deadlines.
• Assisting with case management and scheduling.
• Gathering and organizing case-related documents.
• Legal research tools and document review.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a paralegal in complex commercial and/or defense litigation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• e-Discovery management system experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
