LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a Traffic Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity. This role is onsite based in Fort Mill, SC area. The ideal candidate will have experience with carrier service coverage, tracking shipments, outbound logistics and operations, and general knowledge of D.O.T. regulations.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate materials and resource flow across departments to ensure timely operations.
- Accurately enter shipping document information and proofread for discrepancies.
- Track cargo movements, resolve delays, and update system efficiently.
- Facilitate on-time delivery, coordinate with carriers and customers, and address inquiries promptly.
- Handle shipping-related claims, verify invoices, maintain communication with vendors, and report significant issues to supervisors.
- 1-2 years of experience in the coordinating domestic transportation field or in a related area
- Associates degree preferred but not required
