Maintenance Manager

Salary: $110,000 - $115,000
Seeking a Maintenance Manager with 5 years of experience to lead and coordinate maintenance activities across our client’s Monroe and other local facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
Must Haves / Mandatory:
- Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related discipline
- 5 years of maintenance management experience, including managing maintenance supervisors and technicians
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities & tasks
Nice to Have / Preferred:
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems
- Hands-on experience in maintenance and management
- Safety experience
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of hands-on maintenance management experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks and priorities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Two Maintenance Supervisors and oversee processes & activities across local facilities
- Manage capital resources, physical facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and grounds
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the design, repair, maintenance, and improvement of equipment and machinery
- Oversee the Corporate Safety Program, including safety committee and PPE program
- Follow regulations & standards set by OSHA, EPA, MIOSHA, DEQ, etc.
