Job Overview:
Our client has a need for an Office Assistant to help make sure the office runs smoothly while colleagues are out attending meetings, appointments, etc.
Administrative duties include but are not limited to:
Answer Phones
Greeting Customers
Filing
Mailings
Processing
Email
Account Management/Follow Up
Problem Solving
Reporting
Data Entry
Document Review
Other duties as assigned
What They Are Looking For:
One year in sales or sales support Previous auto industry experience
Experience with Google Suite and Salesforce
Experience with titles
Must Have’s:
1 year customer service/account management experience
A valid driver's license
Willingness to travel locally to support our customer base
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and stay organized
You Will:
Manage, service and mitigate risk on customer accounts by utilizing applications such as Salesforce and Tableau.
Develop an understanding of customer needs by using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and work queues.
Identify and manage daily customer delinquencies.
Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns.

Pay: $20-$22/hour (Based on experience)
