Job Description: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Overview: We are seeking a part-time temp to assist our client for the next 2-3 months. This position will support the Executive assistant with project support tasks. This role will begin ASAP and pay will range between $20-$23per hour based on experience.
- Position: Part-Time Temp
- Schedule: Onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday – Thursday), 6 hours each day
- Duration: Approximately 2-3 months
- Location: Bethesda, MD
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating meetings and greeting guests
- Schedule meetings
- Maintaining the space, including discarding, replacing, and relocating binders
- Partnering with team to update documents and contacts
- Communicating with vendors to update vendor pricing and payment terms
- Planning and coordinating department events
Qualifications:
- 1 years of prior administrative experience
- Professionalism and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
