Calling all Payroll Specialists! LHH is working with a well-known manufacturing company in Portland, Oregon that is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will need to have experience working with high volume payroll (Up to 1k employees) and experience with ADP. In this role, you will:
Assist with payroll processing
Track union reporting and filings
Report vacation and sick time leave
Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports
To be a fit, you must have:
Experience working with high volume payroll processing
Union reporting experience is preferred
Strict confidentiality
Attention to detail
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Compensation: $30-35/hr. USD
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours a week
Location: Portland- Hybrid
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
