Lee Hecht Harrison is looking for a Payroll & HR professional to join the corporate office of a healthcare consulting firm that is rapidly expanding across the United States, adding over 40 locations in 2024.

Compensation Range : $55,000 - $70,000 Per Year (Depending on Experience & Technical Skillet)
Employment Type : Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
Hours :
Monday Friday ; 40 Hours Per Week
Flexible Shifts : Can do (4) 10-Hour Shifts Per Week OR Standard (5) 8-Hour Shifts
Flexible Start & End Times : Start Between 7 : 30am 9 : 30am; End Between 3 : 30pm 5 : 30pm
Worksite : In-Office / Onsite (Corporate Office)
Dress Code : Casual (Jeans, Nice Sweater)
Report To : Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities :
Processing bi-weekly multi-state payroll for over 700 employees within ADP Workforce Now (computing Timecards, Researching Discrepancies, Garnishments, PTO Reporting, etc.)
Calculating monthly employee bonuses (based on billing & collections, high-level medical codes, referrals, and other performance incentives for clinicians)
Ensuring that all federal & state laws are upheld for payroll & HR and maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards
Assisting with other HR-related duties such as Benefits Administration during open enrollment, HRIS troubleshooting, HR reporting, maintenance of employee records (W2, 1095-C, etc.)
Requirements :
2-3 years of Payroll experience (ideally a focused Payroll role Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, etc.) (Familiarity and / or experience with HR field concepts, best practices, is ideal)
ADP Workforce Now experience (or another similar HRIS system proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot issues that employees are having)
Prior experience calculating employee incentive programs such as bonuses, commissions, and other non-salary compensation structures
Associate Degree and / or advanced education / certifications are ideal (CPP, Bachelor’s, etc.)
A Criminal Background Check is Administered Upon Offer of Employment
Vaccination for COVID-19 is Required for Employment Consideration
