Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Administer child support and garnishments.
- Reconcile and process payroll for multiple pay cycles.
- Handle prevailing wage/certified payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll reporting as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to all members of the organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience processing multi-state payrolls with varying frequencies.
- Experience with union and construction payrolls is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reconciliation.
