Job Title: Project Assistant
Location: Remote
Pay: 19/hr
Assignment duration: 4 months
A leading non-profit in Washington, DC is looking for Project Assistants to join their team for a seasonal need. In this fast-paced role, you will provide support with performing client outreach, program backing, compiling data, and assisting with additional tasks as needed. Must be able to work a non-standard work schedule to include evenings and weekends for the duration of the project.
Project Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and enter data into Excel; update and organize spreadsheets
- Perform research, check and clarify distorted data
- Reach out to potential and current clients to update them on programs and services
- Identify effective ways to develop strong customer relationships
- Track and document program information, report statistics to team on a weekly basis
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- Keen eye for detail
