What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter DC Contract position at LHH?

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering up with a growing company in the Washington, DC area to add a full-time Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be upbeat and positive, collaborative, and self-motivated to drive results. 

This contract-to-hire position will be able to offer a full-time schedule. Pay will be $24 - $26 per hour depending on experience. If you have excellent interpersonal skills and looking to get more experience this is a great opportunity. Responsibilities:

  • Pre-screening and interviewing candidates
  • Sourcing candidates through external/internal databases
  • Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training process
  • Screening resumes and posting job orders
  • Full-cycle recruiting process
  • Communicating with HR and other staff members
  • Candidate database entry

    Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Must have an updated Linkedin.com profile

    •  

    Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of ATS systems
  • Highly detailed-oriented

    •  

    Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting experience
