Resident Site Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Resident Site Assistant for our nonprofit client located in Santa Barbara. This role will be part time hours and a Thursday-Sunday, swing shift. The role will be focused on assisting internal staff with resident needs such as intakes, documentation, and general day-to-day care. This is a very heavy support role.
Clientele within this facility are experiencing homelessness, mental health and/or substance abuse ailments and interested candidates must feel comfortable working with this demographic.

Requirements
- All education levels welcome!
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
- Compassion and empathy for others
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate situations
- Able to work under pressure and maintain composure in difficult situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to show compassion towards others
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask throughout the day and adapt when needed
