Senior Financial Analyst
LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst in the Scottsdale area. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst who be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of financial responsibilities, collaborating effectively with the Finance and Accounting team while demonstrating independent initiative. Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management to translate their long-term vision into actionable financial plans and budgets
- Leverage financial analysis to support informed decisions, optimize performance, and identify new business opportunities
- Develop, analyze, and maintain complex financial models using Excel to support strategic initiatives
- Ensure the accuracy and ongoing improvement of financial models while taking ownership of assigned processes
- Work effectively within the Finance & Accounting team and communicate financial insights clearly to all stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or relevant industry required
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- MBA or CPA, preferred
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), preferred
- Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards, preferred
Compensation: $90,000-120,000
