Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the venue
- Assist guests in finding their seats and provide any necessary directions or information
- Monitor the crowd during events to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise, such as disruptive behavior or seating disputes
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs, including wheelchair accessibility and accommodations
- Collect tickets or verify electronic tickets for entry
- Direct guests to restrooms, concessions, and other facilities within the venue
- Assist with crowd control and maintain order during events
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns

Skills:
- Lifeguard certification is a plus, as it demonstrates the ability to handle emergency situations and ensure guest safety
- Experience in events management is beneficial for coordinating large-scale events and handling logistical details
- Strong conflict management skills are essential for handling difficult situations and resolving conflicts among guests
- Knowledge of theater operations and procedures is helpful for providing guidance to guests during performances
- Experience working with children is valuable for assisting families and ensuring a family-friendly environment
- Cash handling skills are important for processing ticket sales, concessions, and merchandise transactions
- Public speaking skills may be required for making announcements or providing event information to large groups of people
- Food service experience is beneficial for assisting with concessions operations and serving food or beverages to guests
- Excellent customer service skills are necessary for providing a positive and welcoming experience to all guests
- Strong guest services skills are important for addressing guest needs, answering questions, and providing assistance
