Inventory Manager

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory levels within our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain management, data analysis, and process improvement to ensure efficient inventory control. **Duties:** - Develop and implement inventory management procedures to optimize stock levels - Utilize data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to track inventory metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements - Monitor inventory movements, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions - Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality control - Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records - Implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field - Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or related field - Familiarity with MRP systems, category management, and warehouse management - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL for financial analysis - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions - Knowledge of Nielsen data or similar market research tools is a plus - Demonstrated ability in process improvement initiatives within an inventory setting This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
