Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This is an opportunity to work at the highest level with true professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Staff development
• Hiring/firing
• Oversee dining services, facilities maintenance technician and treatment technicians
• Supervision of Resident Managers and Relief Team
• Transportation coordination - as related to Resident Managers and Relief Team
• Volunteers' activities - coordination with Resident Managers and Relief Team
• Coordination of donations - organization and distribution and chore lists
• Physical plant coordination of needs assessment liaison to Executive Director and Maintenance
• Participation in a team model: middle management, team, staff, and Relief Team meetings
• Collaboration with Managers in the facilitation of operations management
• Liaison between Relief Team and Departments in the transference of pertinent resident communication
• Facilitate shift change communication
• Participation and assistance in the coordination of special events
• Participate in Board/Staff Quality Assurance and other Committees when appropriate
• Schedule 8am to 4pm (evenings and weekends as necessary)

• Demonstrated Supervisory skills
• Mediation and problem solving skills
• Knowledge and understanding of women recovering from chemical dependency and their needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Sound judgment
• Team participatory skills and commitment
• A clear understanding of the culture, philosophy, personnel, policies and procedures of Libertae, Inc.

Qualifications and Trainings:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma and three years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Five or more years' experience in a leadership role
