Folder Operator

Tinley Park, IL commercial printer/mailer has multiple immediate openings for full-time hire with pay rates up to $20 /hour depending on experience.

Bindery - 1st & 2nd Shift Folder Operator

Looking for immediate full-time 1^st shift (M-F 6:00am – 2:30pm), and 2^nd Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm) Experienced Folder Operator.

• Must be able to read and understand job details/ticket and perform correct duties for the folder, including set-up and maintenance.
• Folder operators should be knowledgeable in slitting, gluing, and mailing operations.
• Ability to operate additional bindery equipment or willingness to learn, such as:  Cutter, High Speed Tabber, Inkjet, Flowmaster Inserter, Stitcher, and Tipping/Attaching unit.
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Must be willing to help in other areas of the bindery as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for the entire shift.
• Must be mechanically inclined.

Bindery - Stitcher Operator 

Looking for immediate full-time experienced Stitcher and Folder Operator on our 1st Shift is M-F 6:00am-2:30pm. Previous bindery experience necessary and knowledge of a Muller Martini - Prinova automated stitcher a plus but not required.

• Must be able to read and understand job details and perform correct duties for the stitcher, including set-up and maintenance.
• Ability to operate additional bindery equipment or willingness to learn, such as:  Flat Cutter, High Speed Tabber, Inkjet, Flowmaster Inserter, and Tipping/Attaching unit.
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs on a regular basis and stand for the entire shift.
• Must be willing to help in other areas of production, warehouse and shipping & receiving during down time and/or as needed.
• Must be mechanically inclined.

Bindery – Inserter Machine Operator

Looking for immediate full-time experienced with Inserter machine Operator on our 1st Shift is M-F 6:00am-2:30pm. Previous bindery or mail house experience necessary and knowledge of a Flowmaster (Read & Write) Inserter a plus, but not required.

• Must be able to read and understand job details and perform correct duties for the inserter, including set-up and maintenance.
• Must have the ability to maintain and track sequency and matching components.
• Ability to operate additional bindery equipment or willingness to learn, such as:  Flat Cutter, High Speed Tabber, Inkjet, and Tipping/Attaching unit.
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs on a regular basis and stand for the entire shift.
• Must be willing to help in other areas of production during down time and/or as needed.
• Must be mechanically inclined.

• Maintain shipping/receiving docks and supplies in order
• Able to operate stand-up fork-lift & material handling equipment
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Must be willing to help in other areas such as bindery and handwork as needed.
