Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll processing including QuickBooks Online employee class expensing
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly project profitability reports
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements with insights
