Mortgage Closing Document Specialist
Job Posting for Mortgage Closing Document Specialist at LIBERTY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Mortgage Closing Document Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate must be detailed-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. The candidate will be scheduled for a 40-hour work week and must be available to work Saturdays on a rotating basis. Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods. This position will be stationed at 4401 Theater Drive, Evansville, IN. If interested, please proceed by clicking Apply.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Gather information and prepare closing documents for real estate closings.
- Prepare and print documents required for a real estate closing.
- Verify HUD and escrow calculations.
- Prepare sales disclosures, as needed.
- Prepare vouchers for loan disbursements.
- Prepare Fed Ex files for payoffs.
- Log into the ACD phone system to field and answer incoming mortgage calls.
- Prepare and assemble final closing document package to be sent to loan servicing.
- Obtain any missing signatures from the borrowers or other missing or incorrect information in the file by working with the borrowers, title companies or insurance companies.
