Provides supplies and equipment and maintenance of records related to supplies. Assists with entering MDS#s quarterlies, and care plans into computer. Completes CNA#s work schedule and assures adequate coverage. Stocks lab office and each nurse#s station with supplies. Performs employee drug screening. Monitors daily lab reports. Helps with restorative nursing as needed. Assists with activities as needed. Job Requirements: High school graduate. Some clerical/computer knowledge. Willing to perform routine repetitive tasks on a continuous basis. Ability to work and cooperate with other employees. Kind and respectful to patients, staff, and visitors. Valid NC drivers# license.
