Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking an experienced attorney for a new Corporate Counsel role, specializing in healthcare and commercial transactions.

In this key role you will apply your legal skills and healthcare industry expertise to advise company leaders in areas related to business contracts (particularly government contracts), requests for proposals, employment practice matters, insurance, risk management, and healthcare regulatory compliance.  You will also help negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with clients, employees, subcontractors, vendors, and other entities.

You will work collaboratively with Liberty’s team of attorneys and paralegals, outside counsel, and a wide array of stakeholders - including internal operations, human resources, risk management, finance, and business development leaders.
